Challenge: To create an evocative food travel story following a press trip across southern Sweden, commissioned by the Swedish Ministry of Tourism, capturing the nation’s culinary rebirth through emotion, landscape, and flavor.

Result: Published in the print issue of Gastronom Magazine, “Sweden: Småland and Öland — The Taste of Childhood Tales”became a lyrical exploration of the country’s emerging food identity, blending reportage and sensory prose to reveal Sweden as a rising culinary nation.
